Look Around Ask Questions

Look around our website. When you have questions make a note. Go to our contact page, ask as many questions as you wish. Using the email form is the best way while you are still deciding. We return email questions the same day, usually in a few hours. If you call and leave us a message we will return it, but current clients get priority, so it may be a day or two. Be sure and tell us a good time to call and what time zone your in.

Decide you want a website

You have made your decision for us to design your site. Call or email us, with a phone number, good time of day to call and your time zone. We will call you to discuss your site.

Agree on Work to be done

Once we have settled on the work to be done (via email and phone), we will email you the completed contracts to be signed and faxed back to us.

First Payment

When we receive the completed contracts, your credit/debit card will be charged for 1/2 of the contracted charges and work will begin.

Your Involvement Needed

During the initial design process you need to expect to be heavily involved. You will need to send us any graphics you have and copy. We will propose designs based on this content. You will view graphic images of trial designs. When you are happy with the design. The site will be built.
Note: once you agree on design, any major changes will be billed at an hourly rate. If we cannot agree to a design, your deposit will be refunded.

Review Final Site

You will view the final site and approve it, with any minor changes you need. Once approved your credit/debit card will be billed for the second half of the contracted charges.

Upload

Your site will be uploaded to your hosting company. All links and forms will be checked for functionality. You will be live to the world.

Don't forget we do custom logos and grapics also. You are charged the hourly fee for this service.
