This is an account you need to accept credit cards on the internet. Many people start with Paypal.com or 2checkout.com. They take a little larger percentage up front, but their requirements are much simpler. They also have not monthly costs.

You can go with a full Merchant account from the provider of your choice.

We will help anyway we can but you will have to set up the account yourself if you want to take credit cards.

This is another case, like Domain Names, that you want to retain control.
