About Us

My name is Barney, I formed KodiBear Komputers in 1997. It was then mostly a computer repair and training business. KodiBear Design is division of Kodibear Komputers. That sounds impressive doesn't it. Actually KodiBear Komputers is my company with several businesses under the same umbrella. There is KodiBear Design, KodiBear Komputers, Off Your Duff, KodiStore,and T.E.Z.O.N.I. With probably more to come.

The name KodiBear came about when I was home working on the computer and kept having to step over my dog laying in the middle of the floor, Kodiak the Bear. I'm sorry to say Kodi is no longer with us but his name lives on. Over the years I have become know as kodibear and people send me pictures of real bears and teddy bears from all over the world. So it became our logo and since I once played the saxophone, you get the idea.

I'm located in Colorado, but the nice thing about the nature of the business now, is it doesn't matter where I am.

If you have any questions of me, or have a particular talent in Web Design or programming go to my Contact Page. I would like to form as big a network as possible, to share workload and special talents. This is not a job or promise of income just a group of geek and geeksters (older geeks) with similar interests, that are willing to share and pass on work. Any monies will be worked out among individuals.
